Spring Valley Athletic Association is continuing our partnership with the Positive Coaching Alliance (PCA). We require all head coaches to become certified either by attending a training session in person or by taking the session on-line. All fees for the live session will be paid by SVAA. SVAA offers the in person PCA training three times a year. As head coach, if you are unable to attend the live training session, you must complete the course on-line before the first game at an expense of $15.
SVAA requires PCA Certification every three years.
The next in person PCA training session on Wednesday, August 19th at RISD Academy from 6:00 - 7:30.
We appreciate you volunteering to coach and recognize the time and effort that goes into what you do. We believe this program will strengthen your coaching skills as a head coach and that our players will benefit tremendously from your leadership.
