EXCITING NEW FALL BASEBALL OPPORTUNITY:

SVAA IS REVOLUTIONIZING FALL BASEBALL for 6th, 7th, and 8th graders with a new 5-Pitch Plucky league. A "baseball merry-go-round," 5-Pitch Plucky is the perfect solution for keeping "baseball ready" during the Fall while other activities take priority. This modified game of baseball results in four times more at-bats and balls in play than a typical youth baseball game keeping your kid engaged in the sport.

We designed this league with your busy schedule in mind. All games will be played at Mark Twain on Thursday nights from 7:00 - 8:30 pm. No practices. No official teams (each week we randomly assign whoever shows up to a team). A League Official runs the games. Think of this as organized games at a local sandlot. This is all about having fun.

Space is limited to the first 21 ballplayers who sign up.

Important Dates for the 2024 Fall Season

Baseball/Softball Season Dates:

Registration deadline: August 12, 2024

Season runs September 7- October 27  (Approximate Dates)

Volleyball Season Dates:

Registration Deadline: August 12, 2024

Practices start September 3, First games will be September 7 and last regular games will be October 26.

5th/6th grade tournament: November 2, 2024

Football Season Dates:

Tackle Registration Deadline: July 22, 2024

Flag & 7v7 Registration Deadline: August 12, 2024

Flag Season runs Saturday, September 7- November 16. Super Bowl is November 23.

7 x 7 Season runs Sunday, September 8 - November 17. Super Bowl is November 24.

Tackle equipment return will be Saturday, November 23, 2024 from 9am-11am at the SVAA office

Register online with Visa or MasterCard or with cash or check using the registration form located in "Registration Forms" under the Main Menu.

Financial assistance is available for qualifying families.  Please click the link below, fill out the forms, and return it, along with the required documentation, to our office. There is a drop slot outside of our door for after hour drop offs.

Welcome to Spring Valley Athletic Association

SVAA's mission is to enrich the lives of children and their families by providing youth sports environments that are appropriate, organized and enjoyable. We support a variety of sports for youths of all ages and skill levels. SVAA is a not-for-profit volunteer organization in Dallas, TX and offers children the opportunity to play recreational sports in the RISD/North Dallas area.

*Please Read* Family Registration Process

 

1. When asked to login, login with any of the usernames and passwords you have with SVAA
         a. This could be your child’s player account, or your own coach account
2. On the next page you will see a list of your family members
         a. Mark anyone that is a Guardian as a Parent
         b. Mark the children as Players
         c. If a Player or Parents name is on there twice, mark one of the names as “Duplicate”
3. Hit Continue after selecting your Family Roles
4. On the next screen you will have the option to edit your login details to whatever you please
        a. You will be able to use this username and password to register all participants in your family
                                               5. Hit Submit when finished
                                               6. On the next page you will be given the option to register your players
                                                   a. Select the “Register Player” button next to your child’s name to register as usual
