Registration deadline: K - 6th (boys and girls) is Monday, October 31, 2022
7th - 12th (boys) is Monday, November 14, 2022
Coaches' Meetings (K - 6th Grades): Sunday, November 13, 2022 at RISD Academy, 13630 Coit Rd.
Girls' Coaches Meeting: 12:00 - 1:00 p.m.
PCA Workshop: 1:00 - 2:30 p.m. *PCA is required by all head coaches every 3 years
Boys' Coaches Meeting: 2:30 - 3:30 p.m.
Junior High/Senior High Coaches Meeting (7th Grade and Up): Zoom meeting TBA for new coaches and any others
Practice Begins: Week of November 28th
Games Begin: Saturday, December 3rd
Schools Closed, no games, no practices: December 19th - January 3rd (No games on Dec. 17th or 18th)
Games Resume: Saturday, January 7th
Playoff and Championship Games: February 25th and 26th
Summer Season 2023 - Registration Opens March 28, 2023
(Register in the grade for the 2023-24 school year.)
Registration deadline: Friday, May 26th
Two games per week.
Practices will NOT be assigned by SVAA, no playoffs, no tournaments. Teams will provide their own jerseys and basketballs.
